Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of Engineering and/or Maintenance experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capital strategies to maintain the facility as a world-class food manufacturer.
• Prepare and administer annual capital budget exceeding $30 million.
• Provide technical and project management leadership for capital initiatives.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deploy new manufacturing systems and processes.
• Manage environmental permitting/reporting and safety/OHSA compliance for capital expenditures.
• Direct management of plant assets valued over $85 million.
• Maintain and develop engineering staff, promoting professional growth and succession.
• Prepare and manage the department expense budget.
• Oversee integration of new manufacturing systems into existing plant infrastructure.
