Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead front-line teams across three shifts, driving safety, quality, line efficiency and budget adherence. You will champion daily management systems, coach leaders, and coordinate with WHQ Engineering and other functions to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of operations experience in manufacturing OR Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear direction and priorities for the business unit across shifts.
• Develop and maintain teamwork plan and budget.
• Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently.
• Develop team leaders and coaching structures.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Manage Safety system within the area.
• Lead daily management systems and standard documentation.
• Communicate results and needs to senior management.
• Provide organizational leadership for employee relations.
• Track KPIs and compare to work plan and budget.
• Participate in strategic planning and capital forecasting.
• Interface with multiple plant functions and WHQ teams.
• Drive safety, quality, reliability, cost, and people metrics.
