Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Director, Site Operational Excellence to lead the plant's OpEx strategy, OS, MI, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, deploy Kaizen events, and drive cost and efficiency improvements across the site scorecard.

The role requires 5+ years in OpEx and manufacturing, Lean, and Six Sigma, plus 3 years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma fundamentals.
• 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach site OPEX teams to drive improvements across the Balance Scorecard.
• Diagnostics on OS, MI, MBC and Industry 4.0 using data analysis and observations.
• Develop tactical implementation plans and ensure adherence across workstreams.
• Build OPEX capability with site leadership; train leaders and frontline employees.
• Track performance and sustain improvements; manage enabler pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Finance and HR.
