Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED is required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing and supply chain experience in mid-smaller-scale operations.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations through direct reports.
• Ensure safety, employee engagement, and talent development at the site.
• Set and align goals with the organization's vision for flawless execution.
• Develop and retain talent to meet business needs.
