Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead recruiting, employee relations, training, and benefits administration for a busy manufacturing site producing Pepperidge Farm Bread and Stuffing.

You will partner with the Site Director and leadership team to drive lean initiatives, safety, and engagement while ensuring compliance and a high-performing culture aligned with Campbell’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• 3+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing recruiting support to plant management and Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain a positive employee relations environment and guide issues to resolution.
• Lead training for front-line leaders.
• Interpret and explain Company policy; coach employees and ensure fair disciplinary action.
