Job summary

Elite Line Services (ELS) seeks a Site Manager in Windsor Locks, CT. The role oversees business, financial and customer service activities at the site, reporting to Regional management.

You will lead operations, budgeting, contract management, personnel development, safety compliance and customer relations to ensure high service levels and growth.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate; a 4-year degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year college degree in a business-related discipline and/or 4 years' equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the business decisions of the site, including reviewing financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and payroll; assist in annual budget prep.
• Establish priorities and long-term planning to support company strategy and goals; direct work methods accordingly.
• Manage and adhere to the customer contract and oversee site operations and administrative activities.
• Lead personnel management, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
• Serve as the site representative; maintain high customer satisfaction and manage multiple relationships with contract customers.
