Job summary

Elite Line Services in Dallas is seeking a site leader to oversee business, financial, and customer service activities at the airport location. You will manage budgets, contracts, and a cross-functional team, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction while aligning with corporate goals.

The role requires a 4-year business degree or equivalent experience, English proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. OSHA safety awareness and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year college degree in a business-related discipline or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Make site business decisions with guidance from Regional Manager/Director, including financial reporting and budget prep.
• Set priorities and long-term goals; direct work methods to meet company goals.
• Manage and adhere to the customer contract.
• Oversee site operations and administration, supervising personnel and evaluations.
• Represent the company at the site; conduct relationship meetings with contract customers for satisfaction and future sales.
• Ensure monthly staff meetings; complete meeting agendas or delegate.
• Motivate employees and ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Ensure adherence to training programs.
• Monitor the Quality program and ensure standards are followed.
• Ensure OSHA/local safety compliance and coordinate with Safety Officer.
• Assign a Site Safety Representative.
• Maintain site morale and customer satisfaction; align with company interests.
• Perform additional duties as needed and work a flexible schedule.
