Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead airport operations for a high-visibility client account. You’ll oversee 25-30 employees across multiple shifts, drive service excellence, and build trusted client relationships.

You’ll manage all site activities end-to-end—staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, budgets, and P&L performance—while developing talent and expanding service opportunities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, facilities, or service-based environments.
• Airport or aviation industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire Teams across 1st and 3rd shifts.
• Own client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Drive operational excellence in janitorial and facility operations.
• Manage budgets, costs, and contribute to P&L performance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and inventory to meet demands.
• Enforce safety protocols and airport/company regulations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Develop talent through training focused on safety and performance.
