Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Site Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs, ensure safety, and drive equipment reliability in our Michigan facility. The role oversees budgeting, training, and continuous improvement, coordinates shutdowns, and partners with production to minimize downtime while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• College Degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years manufacturing experience in plastics and/or automotive preferred.
• Prior technical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the predictive and preventive maintenance systems are established and maintained in a timely and efficient manner that supports customer quality and production requirements.
• Ensure the safety of all maintenance activities, including training and development of safety programs, compliance with all city, state, and governmental regulations.
• Inspect all critical equipment at the time of breakdown repairs to isolate root causes and implement optimal solutions
• Develop and implement optimum solutions to recurring or high-cost maintenance issues
• Evaluate and approve equipment layout.
