Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs across our HUR site. You will develop safety programs, manage budgets, and coordinate downtime to maximize uptime and ensure product quality.

Ideal candidates bring an engineering background, 5 years of manufacturing experience (plastics/automotive), and strong data analysis skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• College degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years manufacturing experience in plastics and/or automotive preferred.
• Prior technical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs to support quality and production.
• Manage safety programs, training, and regulatory compliance for maintenance activities.
• Review and optimize maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.
• Plan shutdowns to minimize downtime and coordinate maintenance work.
• Develop and monitor equipment files and repair procedures from vendor input.
• Ensure proper Lockout/Tagout training and PPE for authorized personnel.
• Identify training needs and foster continuous improvement in maintenance.
