Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Site Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead predictive and preventive maintenance across our site facilities in Michigan. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal equipment performance while guiding budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in manufacturing (plastics/auto) and strong data-analysis, communication, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience (plastics or automotive preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance systems to support quality and production.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with regulations for maintenance activities.
• Inspect critical equipment during repairs and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and monitor maintenance and capital budgets, review expenses monthly.
• Coordinate production shut-downs to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
