Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
- Preferred experience with injection molding equipment and plastic processing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience reading electrical, hydraulic blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to ensure safe, effective maintenance
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed on schedule and documented
- Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with Production, Recycling, and Warehouse to set maintenance priorities
- Participate in major breakdown analysis and reliability initiatives
- Monitor spare parts usage and control maintenance costs
- Assess technician skills and support ongoing training
- Promote accountability and proactive maintenance culture
