Job summary

OPmobility is launching a new Toledo manufacturing facility and seeks a Maintenance Manager to drive equipment reliability, lead injection molding operations, and establish world-class maintenance practices from day one.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, extensive manufacturing experience in automotive environments, and a track record of delivering continuous improvement, safety, quality, and on-time plant readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
• Technical certifications or equivalent expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all injection molding manufacturing activities while ensuring SHE standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for plant equipment and facilities.
• Establish predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize availability.
• Support plant start-up, equipment installation, validation, and ramp-up activities.
• Lead and develop a maintenance team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgeting, CAPEX justification, and asset management strategies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related discipline

Technical certifications in Mechanical / Electrical / Hydraulics / Pneumatics

Strong understanding of injection molding processes

Maintenance methodologies: predictive, preventive, corrective
