Job summary

You will guide the site team, align resources, and ensure safe, high‑quality execution from mobilization through commissioning on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction management on power projects.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating with craft labor and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and project controls processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Execution Plan to deliver safe, on-time cycle and turnover.
• Oversee equipment erection, direct-hire labor, subcontractors, and startup activities.
• Manage costs to align with budgets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Drive monthly budget, schedule, and quality performance reporting.
• Mentor site staff and maintain morale across the project lifecycle.
