Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to work with the Site Manager to develop the team, own the guest experience, solve problems in real time, and uphold the brand standards.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment, handling onboarding, scheduling, customer service, upselling memberships, and daily operations to ensure safe, smooth, and welcoming service. This role prioritizes ownership, accountability, and coaching to develop future leaders.

Responsibilities
