Qualifications

• Candidates must have prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new team members and communicating company values.
• Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing.
• Promote and upsell unlimited wash memberships and services.
• Check equipment daily and report issues; uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed; communicate needs to Site Leader.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns, escalating when needed.
• Identify operational challenges and propose improvements to keep daily operations smooth.
