You will lead staffing, coaching, and performance reviews while partnering with the Market Director to ensure consistent site performance and a superior guest experience.

• Champion a welcoming, service-driven guest experience and promote memberships.
• Oversee daily site operations, equipment maintenance, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive sales, control labor and expenses, and monitor KPIs to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols.
