Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager to own a busy car wash site in Southport, NC. You’ll lead the team, drive guest experience, safety, quality standards, and financial results, while developing leaders below you and partnering with the Market Director above you.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations, hiring and coaching, member engagement, equipment upkeep, and meeting company performance targets. This role demands hands-on leadership in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
