Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will own daily site operations, coach frontline leaders, and partner with senior leadership to drive membership growth and operational excellence.

You will manage safety, quality, and throughput while analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements to reduce downtime and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site team, including Assistant Site Manager and Shift Leads.
• Maintain safety, standards, and guest experience at the site.
• Drive membership growth and service recommendations to boost revenue.
• Oversee daily operations, equipment checks, and maintenance coordination.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing and processes to meet targets.
