• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment daily and report issues to the Site Leader.
• Assist with routine cleaning and site maintenance to uphold quality.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs for restocking.
• Upsell additional services to help reach site sales goals.
• Respond to customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Identify operational issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Make quick, informed decisions to keep operations smooth.
