Spotless Brands seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily performance at a location, driving operational excellence and a top-tier customer experience. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and manage site profitability while upholding company policies and procedures.

The role may be salaried or hourly depending on state rules and is anchored by strong leadership and financial discipline. You will report to the District Manager and may lead Assistant Managers and frontline staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer‑focused retail, service, or automotive environment is strongly preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age and meet certification and regulatory standards where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience.
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, audits, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and customer-ready site at all times.
• Collaborate with facilities and corporate teams to report and resolve equipment issues; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate significant concerns to support partners.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping in accordance with policies and labor laws.
