Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment is strongly preferred
• Must be 18 years or older due to equipment handling responsibilities; OSHA and safety standards may apply

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality car wash experience
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, audits, and service standards
• Maintain a clean, professional site; report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping per policies and laws
• Drive a positive team culture and One Team Spotless Brand leadership in daily operations
• Manage customer experience and resolve complaints to protect brand reputation
