Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations and drive site profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, manage scheduling and payroll, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and maintain a clean, welcoming site.

The role acts as the on-site business owner, reporting to the District Manager, with responsibilities spanning hiring, performance management, inventory, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment strongly preferred but not required
• Minimum of 18 years of age required due to equipment and/ or fuel handling responsibilities (where applicable)
• Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, staffing schedules, and daily operational workflows
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Previous experience in the car wash, oil change, convenience store, or quick service industry is strongly preferred but not required
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality car wash experience
• Ensure SOPs, safety protocols, operational audits, and service standards compliance
• Maintain a professional, clean, and customer-ready site at all times
• Collaborate with facilities and/ or corporate support center teams to report and resolve equipment issues; perform only basic troubleshooting where appropriate
• Monitor equipment performance and proactively escalated significant concerns to appropriate support partners
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and the needs of the business
• Lead hiring, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and data integrity to support compliance and workforce planning
• Create a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects Spotless Brands' values
• Drive a "One Team" culture by leading daily operations with consistency and collaboration
• Partner with HR, Loss Prevention, and district leadership on employee relations matters
• Model and reinforce exceptional customer service behaviors
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Engage with local community to build brand loyalty and awareness
• Drive site-level goals including revenue, profit, membership sales, and customer retention
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely reordering within budget
• Maintain accurate financial records including payroll and daily reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and loss prevention policies
• Create a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits
