Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, drive site profitability, and deliver an exceptional car wash experience. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, customer-ready site.

As on-site owner, you will manage staffing, payroll, inventory, and compliance, while partnering with facilities and corporate teams to resolve issues and implement improvements across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience
• Maintain SOPs, safety protocols, operational audits, and service standards
• Report equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting when appropriate
• Hire, schedule, payroll, and timekeeping responsibilities to ensure accurate records
• Drive site revenue, profit, membership sales, and customer retention
• Model exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
• Engage with local community to build brand loyalty and awareness
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
