Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience at a dedicated location. You will lead a team, uphold SOPs, safety standards, and customer service excellence while driving profitability and compliance.

The role involves managing staffing, payroll, scheduling, and performance, with the on-site ownership mindset and collaboration with district leadership to optimize site results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality car wash experience
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, audits and service standards
• Maintain a professional, clean, customer-ready site at all times
• Collaborate with facilities and corporate support to report and resolve equipment issues; perform basic troubleshooting
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate significant concerns to support partners
• Perform other duties to support the team and business needs
• Hire in accordance with policies and laws; maintain accurate onboarding records
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping per policy and labor laws
• Set performance expectations and provide feedback, recognition, and corrective action
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture reflecting Spotless Brands values
• Drive a One Team culture by leading daily operations and guiding change initiatives
• Partner with HR, Loss Prevention, and district leadership on employee relations
