Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a car wash location, ensuring safe, efficient service and strong customer experiences. You will lead a team, uphold SOPs, manage equipment collaboration, and drive site profitability.

The role requires overseeing payroll, scheduling, and compliance, with a focus on safety, staff development, and community engagement. This is a salaried or hourly exempt/non-exempt position depending on state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, operational audits, and service standards
• Maintain a professional, clean, and customer-ready site at all times
• Collaborate with facilities and corporate support center to report and resolve equipment issues; perform basic troubleshooting
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate significant concerns to support partners
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and data integrity to support compliance and business needs
• Set clear performance expectations and deliver timely feedback, recognition, and corrective action
• Drive a One Team culture reflecting Spotless Brands’ values and lead change initiatives
• Partner with HR, Loss Prevention, and district leadership on employee relations matters
• Model and reinforce exceptional customer service, resolve complaints promptly, and engage with the local community
• Drive site-level revenue, profit, memberships, and customer retention; manage inventory and financial records
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and cash handling and loss prevention policies
• Create a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits with cross-functional teams
• Serve as liaison between site and District Manager, providing timely updates on performance and opportunities
• The core Site Manager duties remain consistent across locations with variations by site type, e.g., Express sites emphasize speed and high throughput
