Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Toledo, OH. You will lead daily store operations, manage staff, and help drive sales growth while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to manage cash, schedules, and safety protocols. This position offers growth opportunities across our growing network and a client-focused, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation techniques.
• Basic IT skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication to engage with customers.
• Ability to follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train; present a professional image per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of accountability.
• Aim to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Oversee P&L by monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other expenses.
• Ensure quality control and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Handle cash management including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
