Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Toledo is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Clean Express Auto Wash location. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, drive sales, and ensure a high-quality wash experience while upholding safety and site standards.

With 2–5 years in leadership and strong communication, you’ll recruit, train, and manage staff, control scheduling and labor budgets, and oversee inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• As a Site Manager, you create and maintain a customer service culture and be the main contact for customer service issues.
• Maintain sales goals and educate on the benefits of unlimited wash club memberships.
• Ensure the wash site equipment, facilities, and staffing are kept to high standards.
• Recruit, train, onboard new Team Members, and manage site scheduling and labor budgets.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure policy compliance and performance excellence.
