Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Bench Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash in Maple Heights, OH. The role offers a base salary and bonus opportunities with a focus on leading a customer-centric team and achieving site goals.

You will oversee daily operations, coach employees, manage scheduling and budgets, and ensure safety and quality at the site. A strong background in leadership and customer service is required, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Meet sales goals and educate on unlimited wash club memberships.
• Maintain wash equipment, facilities, and staffing at the highest quality.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members; manage scheduling and labor budgets.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews and ensure policy alignment.
• Oversee inventory and place orders to support site needs.
