Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC in Toledo, OH seeks an Assistant Site Manager to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help lead the team, present monthly unlimited wash packages, and upsell products to grow sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership and 2 years in customer service, plus basic IT skills with POS and MS Office. You’ll manage scheduling, quality checks, cash handling, inventory, and safety procedures while pursuing growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and 2 years in customer service.
• Basic IT skills with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations with integrity.
• Lead with accountability and aim to exceed sales goals.
• Assist recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and P&L related expenditures.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations are accurate.
• Monitor inventory and safety procedures; handle escalations calmly.
• Learn wash processes and expand team knowledge; grow into leadership.
• Support growth through training and additional responsibilities.
