Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Site Manager in Flint, MI. This role offers a $65,000 base salary with a fast-growing, award-winning team and a clear path to leadership across our 130+ locations.

You will lead daily operations, motivate staff, manage scheduling and budgets, oversee customer service, and drive sales while ensuring quality and safety. We provide comprehensive benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
Must be able to close the site one night per week.
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site and hit sales goals.
Motivate employees and achieve site sales, customer satisfaction, and retention targets.
Ensure wash equipment, facilities, and staffing meet quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of wash process to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
Manage site scheduling and labor budgets.
Conduct team performance reviews and ensure policy alignment.
Oversee inventory and place orders to support site needs.
Directly supervise all site employees and uphold accountability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
