Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash at Lincoln Park, MI. The role offers a $65,000 base salary with bonus opportunities and a path to leadership.

You will lead a customer-focused team, oversee wash operations, scheduling, and staffing while driving sales and customer satisfaction. The position requires leadership experience and flexibility, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to meet sales, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
• Maintain wash operations, equipment, facilities, and site appearance.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling and labor budgets.
• Oversee inventory and vendor orders.
• Conduct team performance reviews and enforce policies.
• Close site one night per week.
