Job summary

SBM is seeking a Site Manager for Chandler, AZ to lead programs, enforce policy, and ensure contract compliance with customers. The role includes developing work schedules, managing service routes, and overseeing safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The candidate will coordinate with customers and teams, review service requests, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct company programs and implement policy to ensure contract duties.
• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Maintain inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Review service requests and address with management.
• Assist in budget development and cost estimates.
• Coordinate contract specifications and proposals.
• Maintain financial data: labor hours, overhead, expenses and forecasting.
• Ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers, clients, employees and subcontractors.
