Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a location. You will lead a team, ensure safety, deliver high-quality car wash services, and drive profitability while maintaining a premier customer experience.

You will manage recruiting, scheduling, payroll, and compliance, partnering with support teams to resolve issues and uphold company policies across shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/management degree preferred.
• 1 year leadership experience in retail, service, or automotive environment preferred.
• 18+ years of age; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping in line with company policies and applicable laws.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce SOPs and safety standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and brand integrity across shifts.
• Oversee site-level inventory and financial records; report findings to district leadership.
