Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead one of its car wash locations. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and drive site profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment. As the on-site owner, you will manage staff performance, implement company policies, and collaborate with district leadership to meet revenue goals and provide an outstanding customer

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment is strongly preferred but not required.
Must be 18 years of age or older due to equipment and/ or fuel handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality car wash experience.
Maintain SOPs, safety protocols, audits, and service standards.
Hire and develop staff and manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
Ensure site profitability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a safe, clean, customer-ready site.
