Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager who will lead our car wash locations with a focus on performance, culture, and guest experience. You will oversee operations, safety, equipment, and staff to ensure a fast, friendly, high-quality customer experience.

You’ll develop team members, solve operational challenges, drive memberships and promotions, monitor KPIs, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the site.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members including Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads and Team Members.
• Build and reinforce a positive culture grounded in company values.
• Conduct development conversations and ensure readiness of future leaders.
• Ensure staff follow safety, customer service, and operational standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and coach on engagement.
• Lead membership growth strategies and upselling.
• Oversee site operations, equipment performance, and daily workflow.
• Maintain equipment reliability and vendor support.
• Ensure site meets quality, cleanliness, and throughput standards.
• Analyze metrics and implement improvements to increase performance.
• Manage site expenses, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, compliance and brand standards.
