Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager for the West Columbia location. You will lead the on-site team, drive guest experience, manage equipment, and ensure safety and brand standards.

This role sits between Assistant Site Manager and Market Director, developing leaders and delivering daily site performance. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, meeting sales targets, coordinating maintenance, and upholding quality and throughput.
