Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a seasoned clinical engineering leader to own the system behind patient care. You will oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability; build a team that delivers; partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections.

You take responsibility for outcomes—financial, operational, and human—develop people on purpose, and translate metrics into actions that raise uptime, compliance, and service quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
  • Experience with the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

What You Need
  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
  • Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $99,400 - $144,000 for this opportunity. This is the reasonable estimate that Trimedx believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Trimedx may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications. Trimedx may also provide associates with benefits that include health/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation and parental leave, adoption/infertility assistance, and more!
