Job summary

Trimedx seeks an experienced senior operations leader to run multi-site clinical engineering with full P&L accountability in a health system setting. You will build leaders and translate strategic plans into actions that raise uptime and compliance while driving growth.

You’ll partner with hospital executives to tackle complex challenges, expand services, and shape performance across the portfolio. A track record of financial stewardship and team development is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or similar healthcare environment.
• 3+ years leading people and developing leaders.
• Bachelor's or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience.

What You Need

• 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
• 3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program although the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
