Trimedx is seeking a senior leader to own the clinical engineering operations, driving multi-site performance with clear accountability and strong financial oversight. You will build and coach a high-performing team, translate metrics into action for uptime and compliance, and partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for every inspection.

The role emphasizes ownership of day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and cross-site collaboration within a national healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

What You Need

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
