Job summary

TriMedx, LLC in the United States seeks an experienced operations leader to guide day-to-day activities, align staffing and resources, and ensure service excellence for hospitals. You will lead a team of technicians, drive performance, and use KPIs to fix inefficiencies and improve outcomes.

You’ll partner with hospitals and vendors to ensure readiness for inspections while balancing people, performance, and customer expectations. This role offers growth and national scope.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
  • Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus

Responsibilities

What You Need
  • 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
  • Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus
  • Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $80k - $100K for this opportunity. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications. TRIMEDX may also provide associates with benefits that include health/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation and parental leave, adoption/infertility assistance, and more!
