Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a senior operations leader in biomedical equipment management to guide hospital service delivery and ensure readiness for inspections. You will lead a team of technicians, align staffing and resources, coach performance, and turn data-driven insights into action using KPIs to fix inefficiencies.

Requires 3+ years in clinical engineering with biomedical equipment, an associate degree (technical focus preferred), and knowledge of regulatory agencies; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
• Leadership or team guidance experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent; technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (e.g., TJC, CAP, DNV) and performance metrics.
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.

What You Need

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $79k - $101K for this opportunity. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
