Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash in Lincoln Park, MI. The role offers a base salary of $65,000 with opportunities for bonus and growth within a fast-growing company.

You will lead customer care, manage staff, and drive sales while ensuring wash operations and facilities meet high standards. Weekend/holiday hours and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• As Site Manager, create and maintain a customer service culture and meet sales goals.
• Educate customers on unlimited wash club memberships and maintain site appearance.
• Motivate employees and carry out site goals; recruit/train onboarding.
• Manage site scheduling and labor budgets effectively and perform reviews.
• Oversee inventory, ensure accountability, and enforce company policies.
