Qualifications

• Basic IT skills and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Capable of coaching, mentoring, and training teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations meet customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts and upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages and related products.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to fulfil the company mission.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and maintain on-site quality controls.
• Ensure safety procedures and cash handling procedures are followed.
