Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Westland car wash location. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage staffing, and uphold high service standards while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Meet sales goals and educate customers on unlimited wash club memberships.
• Oversee recruitment, training, onboarding, and scheduling of staff.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and site facilities to maintain high standards.
