Express Wash Concepts is seeking a Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash in Westland, MI. This full-time role reports to leadership and focuses on delivering exceptional customer care while driving site performance.

The position offers a $65,000 base salary, bonus opportunities, health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and growth paths from Assistant Site Manager to leadership roles. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Meet sales goals and educate on unlimited wash club memberships.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Team Members; manage scheduling and labor budgets.
• Oversee inventory, safety, and equipment maintenance; ensure quality operations.
• Directly supervises all site employees and ensures accountability and performance.
