ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in Williamsburg, MA. The position includes managing staff, coordinating daily routines, ensuring health and safety, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
  • A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
  • Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
  • Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily routines, activities, and goal-setting; foster a warm, inclusive environment.
  • Ensure safety and well-being; administer medications, provide transportation, uphold safety protocols.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff; work with Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage staff schedules, track resident information, complete documentation.

Program Site Manager – Developmental Brain Injury Services

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Empower Residents – Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and goal-setting while fostering a warm and inclusive environment.

Compensation Details: $21.57-$22.53. $19.57-$20.53/hr base +$2.00 differential when MAP Certified.
