Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager in Feeding Hills, MA to support residents with developmental disabilities or brain injuries and coordinate daily care, transportation, and records. You will collaborate with the Program Director to ensure quality care and successful goal attainment.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and strong communication. MAP/PABC/First Aid training is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental delays or brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to assist residents and maintain safety.
• Training in MAP, PABC, and/or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and support them in achieving personal goals.
• Provide daily support, including routine assistance, medication administration, and transportation to appointments.
• Maintain accurate resident records, monitor staff schedules, complete paperwork, and attend meetings and trainings.
• Lead and collaborate with the Program Director and staff to ensure quality care and effective goal attainment.

Compensation

$19.57 - $20.53 per hour (plus $2.00 differential when MAP Certified)
