Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Program Site Manager in Gill, MA to lead a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. The role focuses on compassionate leadership, ensuring safety, and guiding residents toward meaningful goals.

You'll supervise staff, coordinate activities, manage documentation, and collaborate with the Program Director to deliver high-quality care. MAP training is available to support medication administration and safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
  • Valid driver�s license with a clean driving record.
  • MAP/PABC/First Aid training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the residential program and supervise staff.
  • Coordinate daily routines, activities, and goal-setting with residents.
  • Administer medications and ensure health and safety protocols are followed (MAP training available).
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to maintain smooth program operations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Empower Residents – Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and goal-setting while fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure Safety and Well-being – Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
  • Lead and Collaborate – Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay Organized – Manage staff schedules, track important resident information, and complete necessary documentation.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
  • A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
  • Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
  • Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.

Compensation Details

$21.57-$22.53

$19.57-$20.53/hr base +$2.00 differential when MAP Certified
