Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate leader to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in Massachusetts. The role focuses on helping residents achieve personal goals, build connections, and find fulfillment while ensuring high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating daily routines, administering medications, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• A valid driver’s license held for at least six months with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus: MAP, PABC, or First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and goal-setting while fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
• Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff schedules, track resident information, and complete necessary documentation.
